Here is Royal in all it's glory! Pretty jelly!
It didn't feel complete, so I added an accent of Sexagon, it is sheer enough that the blue comes through.
I think adding the Wireless Holo Top Coat to the rest of the fingers pulled the look together.
I was going to start showing you green manicures for St Patrick's Day... but at this time it looks like you are getting a tiny bit of spam one of these days!
