This is 2 coats over Nails Inc Black Taxi
I am SO glad that Black Taxi has finally made it state side, as this is one of the only black which I have found that is a one coater. I like the blue flakies too, something different from all of the orange flakies which we have been seeing the last year (Nubar 2010, SH Hidden Treasure)
